Definitely the ugliest part of blogging IMHO...discovering your work plagiarized! I hope they respond to you and stop this behavior, and remove your material, and apologize.

Dear Ashwini...Am sure you would have corresponded with them, but I definitely think there should be some definite action from bloggers to counter this...this is the most terrible thing that media can do...

This is atrocious. They can do this with permission and acknowledge you. That way, you at least feel proud. Instead of feeling cheated like this.

That's so bad Ashwini! I feel like bashing up those people! It's so irritating when all our hard work goes for a toss!

Ashwini,
when i read this in the paper thatmorning, i thought it looks strangely familiar and the thought of lifting from one of our group came to my mind, but in the morning hurry, i didn't think any further on it. And now i know why it looked familiar. Did you post your concern on the comments section of their online edition??

HUH! How ridiculous! I think sometimes they just do a google search for pics and put up whatever it is that looks nice. I tried that and see what came up on the first page. http://images.google.co.uk/images?sourceid=navclient&hl=en-GB&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GZAZ_en-GBSG229SG229&q=dabeli&oe=UTF-8&um=1&sa=N&tab=wi
And of course yours looks the nicest so......
Its sick to see that even something like mumbai mirror does not have that simple courtesy to see and check who it belongs to and a simple thing like permission is needed!
